FORMAT OF SEASON:

U4 – Fun “Play Date” format to promote confidence with the ball and basic ball skills. Plus an end of season Fall Tournament.

U6 – U8 Practices during the week and Games on the weekend at the WYSA Soccer Complex. at least 7 games a season.

U10  Practices during the week and Games at the weekend. Most gams will be at WYSA Complex.  at least 7 games a season.

U12 – U19 Practices during the week and Games at the weekend with travel to surrounding counties.  Teams participate in the Bluegrass Regional Soccer League.  Travelling to Lexington, Georgetown, Paris, Winchester, Richmond and Nicholasville.  May be other surrounding clubs depending on membership.

WYSA is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization.  As such, we depend on the generosity of our parents and teams to help maintain our complex and ask that everyone volunteer an hour or two of their time each season.  We host two complex “clean-up” days each season (beginning and end of the seasons) and rely on volunteers to run concessions.

Each team will discuss volunteer opportunities at the beginning of the season.  We hope you take advantage of this opportunity to support youth soccer in Central Kentucky and give back to your soccer community.

If you are interested in financially supporting WYSA through a charitable contribution, please contact Mike Cocanougher at wysa.assisstant@gmail.com for information on sponsorship packages, signage, etc.

The club is run for every member and their family and we would like to ask everyone to be prepared to volunteer and help make this the best club we can.
